神农学者讲座教授--朱美君

湖南农业大学神农学者讲座教授；现供职于美国华盛顿州立大学食品科学系，博士生导师，目前主要从事食品安全，肥胖、肠道微生物和肠道上皮相关疾病的营养调控等方面的研究；在Cell metabolism、Cell reports、Cell Death and Differentiation、Cell Discovery、Cell Death and Disease、Cell Death and Discovery、Molecular and Cell Biology、Journal of Physiology、Molecular Nutrition & Food Research、Inflammatory Bowel Diseases、Frontier in Microbiology、Infection and Immunity、The Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry等期刊上发表学术论文170余篇，论文他引次数超过4000多次；主持并完成美国农业部和美国卫生部等各类研究基金1350万美元；任AIMS Microbiology、Journal of Food and Nutrition、Journal of Nutrition and Health等杂志编委。
