主要从事复杂体系（食品及农产品）的仪器分析方法及化学计量学研究，主持湖南省自然科学基金、国家质检总局科技计划、长沙市科技计划等项目，参与科技部国际科技合作项目、国家自然科学基金项目、湖南省科研条件创新专项等课题，获湖南省自然科学三等奖一项，近年发表SCI收录论文18篇、其中第一作者及通讯作者论文10篇，获软件著作权6项。。
