主要研究方向:

食品品质和风险因子快速无损检测

教育科研经历:20236月于华南理工大学(现代食品工程研究中心)获食品科学与工程专业工学博士学位,师从孙大文院士。以第一作者或通讯作者发表中科院一区论文10篇,包括国际著名期刊Trends in Food Science & TechnologyJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood ChemistrySensors and Actuators B: Chemical等,申请发明专利4项。作为第一指导教师荣获第十九届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛“人工智能+”应用赛国家银奖、第十届全国大学生生命科学竞赛国家三等奖,以及获国家级大学生创业训练项目立项。
