主要研究方向:

    食品质量与安全

    食品保鲜与贮藏

教育科研经历:20236月于华南理工大学(现代食品工程研究中心)获食品科学与工程专业工学博士学位,师从孙大文院士。以第一作者发表高水平SCI论文8篇(Q1),包括国际著名期刊Trends in Food Science & TechnologyJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood ChemistryTalanta 等,其中第一作者的高被引论文3篇。申请发明专利2项。主持湖南省自然科学青年基金1,参与广东省科技厅国际合作项目、广东省自然科学基金面上等项目。
